Fitness Transformations: Turn Fitness Failures to Victories

Time To Shed That 100 LBS - But How?

Every great fitness transformation begins with a single step, or in our case, a single direct message (DM) on Instagram. It was a desperate plea for help, a cry from the heart from someone teetering on the brink. A fellow struggling, staring down at his own mortality, in need of guidance - "I Need To Lose 100 LBS."

We're not fitness gurus, but this message struck a chord. It was raw, real, and achingly human. Faced with the gravity of his situation, we knew a written response wouldn't cut it. It was time to rally the troops and dig deep into our own journeys, to offer something more than just words - to offer hope.

The boys talking about their fitness tranformations on the set of Let It Ride.

Our transformation wasn't overnight. It was a series of small victories, of finding what worked for us and discarding what didn't. It was about becoming the best versions of ourselves, on our terms.

  1. I had the privilege of watching this live behind the camera. This was by far the most drawn into an episode of Let it Ride I’ve been.

  2. You guys are badasses! So many different approaches to fitness talked about where. Whether it’s 75 hard, calisthenics, powerlifting or bodybuilding, or cycling, a man is at his best when he dedicates himself to something in that realm. Nothing can be right if your body isn’t first. Especially the further away we get from playing organized sports in our youth. We can keep more of that feeling than most realize.

  3. Hell yeah! It’s a lifestyle change and for me it’s balls to the wall but doesn’t have to be like that for everyone. That’s just my personality but plenty of small changes can add up too!

  4. To lose 100 pounds, flee diets ( each one claimed definitive before the next one…), or you will have 200 lb to shed in year 2030…
i’m happy you’ve gotten a result while fitness; it is not simple when you carry a washing machine ( the 100 lb in excess)
and the problem come from: sport..before the tv; prohibition of tobacco and any nicotine substitute…and more using the car to go at the Mc’dos at 100 yards from home….
and, when jailed at home ( supposed kill Covid) , 10 orders a day at Uber Eats……..
European had recently less weight then much americans, but we take you back now….

  5. This was super fun and really the first time I’ve broken down my journey out loud. Great podcast boys!

  6. This comment is for the guy who wrote to us. The major incentive you get from making the lifestyle change is that the results are yours to keep. No one can take it away from you, everyone can talk all the sh*t they want about you, but the victory is YOURS. We would like to continue hearing about your progress, we want you to WIN bro.
