Over 40 fully furnished vacation cottages line the promenade, with another half dozen extending up the bayview. Available in 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom with loft, both floor plans can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Hard to overstate the splendor, but we’re talking heated pool and splash pad, lounge deck, hot tub, 24-hour indoor/outdoor fitness center, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, corn hole, outdoor grills galore, playground, bike and walking path, game and card room, a full-blown arcade, sky deck, 24-hour market, dog parks, laundry facilities and more.
With this absurd list of amenities, what’s most important is that we’ll all be together, with our friends and families in a community space, celebrating and enjoying each other’s company…and honestly we just couldn’t dream up a better place to host The Great Cut!
Trolley to The Great Cut
Ride the trolley from Sun Outdoors straight into downtown, with a short walk to the venue from there, thus avoiding multiple parking tickets like El Rubio and others suffered in 2019.
While we are 7 miles from The Great Cut venue, this offers plenty of space, ample parking and a community layout, while being far less expensive than staying in downtown San Diego.

Hey, I’ve got surgery coming up so I won’t be able to attend but I’ve had hair I’ve been growing out since the pandemic and I’m looking forward to mailing it in, let me know when/where!

caution: if you are scarred by air flight, land at Los Angeles, for San Diego airport is known over the world as an airport where planes almost reach the roofs of buildings when they land……..lol ( only 1 serious accident within a century)
you can after visit the air museum, with the Spirit of Saint Louis ( Lindbergh’s plane)
